My mom went to shop for some candles at Rama candles during the week of CNE 2019. She bought a few but forgot a piece to pick up while leaving. I called the number on the card and spoke to Shawn and without any hesitation and more questions he asked me to come and pick up any candle we like if we have forgot one. I think that is exceptional customer service standard. Thank you Shawn! I am definite to be your long term customer

I purchased a candle at CNE 2019. The quality of the soy burned nice and slow, and the fragrance was fantastic! I purchased a 2-wick candle and burned it quite often, and it lasted 3 months. The glass container is beautiful and had many comments on it from my friends. Looking forward to my next purchase!!

These are my favourite candles.

These are my favourite candles. I have bought quite a few of them since I received one of the candles as a gift. It is too bad they don’t last longer but I’m overall happy to be contributing to this business. The candles smell so lovely and sophisticated. Buttercream vanilla is my favourite. Others I like are apple cinnamon and vanilla creme brule (although it is hard for me to smell the creme brule!).
I’m also glad that the company is Canadian and the candles are made with soy wax (so presumably less toxic). The candles also look very elegant.

I’ve bought both the CMS 600 (10lbs) and 464 soy (10 lbs) Flakes. I am extremely happy with the Flakes and how they turn out in my candles, with added fragrance and color. The fragrance oil sticks to the soy at the temperature given in the instructions very well co. pared to other companies with the same soy. I use the CMS 600 for wax melts and they turn out wonderfully! Rama candles are the only place I am purchasing soy wax from now on!
