This is my first time using Soy Pillar Wax since recently getting back into the candle-making hobby. When I left the hobby decades ago, moulds were plastic, and the wax to use was paraffin. I am still learning and experimenting with silicone moulds and the different types of candle waxes.I appreciate that this product came with instructions. This is the first product I have bought that contains this level of detail in the instructions. I especially appreciated the guidance to diminish or avoid frosting.I delayed this order because of a comment on this product about frosting on the candle's surface. I had never heard of frosting before, so I did some homework. I have a pot that is thermostat-controlled, so I was able to experiment with the different temperatures in the instructions. I poured the Butterfly Pillar and dog candle at 80C. Because my temperature controller only increments and decrements by 5, I am 1C higher than step 2. I increased the temperature by 10C to 90C and then poured the Mary and Child candle.I did not add scent with this pour as I wanted to see the natural characteristics of pillar soy first.The photos speak for themselves, and I will be looking to reorder from Rama Candles in future because of their price, their helpful instructions, and quality of product.

I am loving the RC-800 soy wax. Its texture is so smooth and doesn't have the typical wax smell. I like the fact that their shipping process is so fast. I love it and this is my favorite supplier for soy wax.

Soy wax RC 800 (Pillar/Mold)
I have been using this to make my dessert candle cakes and molds for the dessert pieces, they hold together and hold the scent well. Natural frosting comes from the natural soy wax but nothing damming in the molds.
Dry good quality! Will definitely buy again
