During the checkout process, you will be provided with a list of the products you are purchasing, their prices, and any additional charges. Unless otherwise stated, the order total is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and includes shipping, handling fees, and applicable taxes.
If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, it may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the order total and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
If your payment is declined or reversed for any reason, your order will be cancelled and will not be processed or shipped.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. We always try to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.
Please review your cart carefully before checkout, as additions cannot be made after payment is completed.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering, and we do not have access to your payment card for adjustments.
Estimated Delivery Time
In-stock items are processed within 1-2 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.
Ontario and Quebec: Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Other Canadian provinces: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
U.S. orders: Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days.
Shipping Cost and Policy
During checkout, the system automatically calculates shipping options based on your postal code, order weight, and package size. Shipping costs and available carriers will appear before completing your order.
We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. For most orders, third-party couriers are available as options during checkout.
Multiple-piece shipments may arrive separately. Missing pieces typically arrive within the next business day.
Tracking numbers will be provided for online orders. Please allow 24 to 48 hours before tracking becomes active — this allows time for the parcel to be picked up from our facility and entered into the courier’s system.
Actual shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and may include dimensional weight adjustments, extended-area fees, fuel surcharges, multiple-parcel charges, brokerage fees, and/or residential delivery fees.Ultimately, your delivery is governed by the shipping policies of the third party couriers.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges associated with the return.
